I am an out-of-network service provider and do not submit insurance claims. I will provide a detailed receipt on request to the client at the end of the quarter (or at the end of therapy) which can be submitted by the client for reimbursement.

All clients are responsible for full payment of counseling fees on the day of service, unless agreed upon in advance. My hourly fee for professional counseling services is $100.00 per hour. Special arrangements can be made based on financial need. Payment may be made by check, cash or credit card.

If we agree on a lower rate, due to your financial situation that rate will remain confidential.
